Thank you for visiting my fundraising
I’m taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.
As many know I went through an awful Domestic Violence relationship and got out thankfully, but Women’s Aid was a huge help in the aftermath, counselling and support services in advice with getting protection orders and going through with the Garda statements and court.
Women’s Aid is a huge light in the dark

Why I’m doing this
Thursday 4th SepMy name is Rhianna Malone, and this September I am walking 100 miles in aid of Women’s Aid. As a survivor of domestic violence, this cause is deeply personal to me.
From Jan 2023 - Dec 2024 I endured a relationship filled with manipulation, coercive control, and escalating abuse - emotional, financial, and physical. I lost career opportunities, my independence, and my sense of self. It took immense courage to finally break free, but I know too well that many women never get that chance.
By taking on this challenge, I want to raise both awareness and funds to support other women trapped in similar cycles of abuse. Every mile I walk is for the women silenced, the women rebuilding their lives, and the women still fighting to be free.
Together, we can give survivors hope, amplify their voices, and support the life-saving work Women’s Aid provides
