Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Day 1 Walking - Charlie Dog & me 🥾🥾
Monday 1st SepFirst day of walking done for Charlie Dog & I headed off in the bright at 7.45pm - arrived home in the dark 9.15pm - Autumn is definitely here 🍁🍂 It's a good start to the campaign 🥾🥾 Thanks so much to everyone who has already donated to Women's Aid & is supporting me & the team in this months Walk 100 miles campaign. It's very much appreciated 🙏 Your money will make a huge difference to women and children who have experienced violence & abuse.
