Thank you for visiting my fundraising

I’m taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little, anything helps. I hope you can support me by donating whatever you can. By supporting Women’s Aid you can change lives, and save lives.

Simply click the Donate button. All donations are processed securely. You can also share my page using Share options below. This is a great way to show your support.

Thanks so much for your support, it will bring hope, healing and the possibility of a brighter future for women and children.

Why I’m Walking for Survivors Like Me

Saturday 30th Aug

There are moments in life that divide everything into a before and an after. For me, one of those moments was surviving a serious assault — an experience that shook the foundation of who I thought I was. For a long time, I felt like I had lost my voice, my strength, and even my sense of self.

But healing isn’t linear. It doesn’t always come through silence or solitude. Sometimes, it comes by taking one step. And then another.

That’s why I’ve decided to walk.

This isn’t just a walk for charity — it’s a walk for every survivor who’s ever felt invisible. It’s for those still living in silence, and for those learning how to speak again. It’s for me, too. Because reclaiming my body, my story, and my power is not just part of healing — it is healing.

Every step I take is for the ones who never got justice.

For the ones still too scared to speak.

For the ones who are still surviving — day by day. Xx
