Aisling roped me into this but I'm glad she did! I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid. I don't like cold water but I'll do it for charity. 

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.
