Everyone knows someone...
Everyone knows someone who’s been affected by domestic violence — whether they know it or not.
She could be a colleague, a friend, a sister, a neighbour.
She might smile every day and still be surviving in silence — trying to protect herself, and her children, from someone she once trusted.
I’m running 100 km this October to support Women’s Aid, who are there for women and children living with fear and control behind closed doors.
Across Ireland, 1 in 3 women experience abuse in their lifetime.
Your donation helps Women’s Aid provide safety, support, and hope when it’s needed most.

Training to Survive the 100k Run for Women’s Aid 💜
Thursday 11th SepThose that know me know that running is normally a last-resort survival tactic for me — so this challenge is… let’s call it ambitious.
I’m training through September (with serious side-eye and genuine concern from the household canine) to try and survive the 100k in October. It’s a big push for me, but it’s for an amazing cause — supporting Women’s Aid and the vital work they do.
Every kilometre will be powered by your support — donations, encouragement… and yes, oxygen is also very welcome! Even a small donation helps keep me moving and will support women and children in abusive situations. 💜
