I’m taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in four women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Sunday 8th Sep Managed over 20 miles this week, despite me spending around 30 hours in bed over 2 days while the chemo kicked in.Â
