I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this Nollaig na mBan to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in four women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Friday 20th Dec So I wanted to do my bit and raise some more money for women subjected to domestic abuse through the charity Women’s Aid by joining a bunch of amazing women on the 6th of Jan to do a cold water dip. It’s something very personal to myself and I would have been lost without their services, advice and genuine support. they do amazing work in the country any sort of donation would mean the world to me.
