I’m taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

This is a charity i’m really passionate about and i think donations big or small are vital to help any and all woman who are in desperate need of help and a way out of a horrible, unthinkable situation. 

Any donation anyone can give is very much appreciated and will truly make a huge difference in so many women’s lives. 

So let’s all get walking and raise money for all the wonderful women and the people who can help them x <3
