I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Falling into hard times never means you are a problem, it doesn’t make you weak and it certainly doesn’t stop you from going after what you want in life. We all have a story to tell good, bad, ugly but the rainbow is just a strength step ahead full of beautiful colours, colours that might have been lost along the way.. but it doesn’t stop there woman hsve a strength inside of them even if it hasnt came out yet, never loose gait in yourself because as that rainbow comes after a rainy day so shall your own inner happiness shine after hard times.. woman standing together supporting each other can always make a change and never he afraid to reach out love and peace may shower you and there is light at the end of the tunnel I have been there before myself
