I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

I’m taking on a sea swim on 1st February to raise vital funds and awareness for Women’s Aid, a charity that supports women and children affected by domestic abuse across Ireland.
