I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.
Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little, anything helps. I hope you can support me by donating whatever you can. By supporting Women’s Aid you can change lives, and save lives.
Simply click the Donate button. All donations are processed securely. You can also share my page using Share options below. This is a great way to show your support.
Thanks so much for your support, it will bring hope, healing and the possibility of a brighter future for women and children.

Walking 80km This February for Women’s Aid 💜
Saturday 14th FebThis February, I’m challenging myself to walk 80 kilometres in 28 days to raise money and awareness for Women’s Aid.
I’ll be walking locally throughout the month — around my community, in all kinds of weather — putting one foot in front of the other to support women and children affected by domestic abuse.
Why This Matters
Domestic abuse is something that affects far too many women and families. Behind closed doors, many are living in fear, isolation, and uncertainty. Women’s Aid provides vital supports including emergency accommodation, a 24/7 helpline, counselling, and advocacy services.
Leaving an abusive situation isn’t simply a matter of walking away. It takes strength, support, and somewhere safe to turn. That’s why this cause is so important.
My Goal: €250 🎯
I’m aiming to raise €250 to support the incredible work Women’s Aid does every single day.
80km might mean tired legs and a few blisters for me — but if those steps help even one woman access support or safety, then it’s absolutely worth it.
How You Can Help
If you’re in a position to sponsor me, I would be so grateful. Every euro makes a difference.
If donating isn’t possible right now, sharing this post helps just as much — awareness matters.
I’ll be posting updates along the way to keep myself accountable and to show how the challenge is going!
Thank you so much for your support 💜
