I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Week 3: 29.74km done 

I’ve officially passed my 80km goal for Women’s Aid and I’m now at 92.16km 💜

This week it was back to the mountains, followed by saunas and cold dips (surprisingly lovely) - pushing myself physically & mentally while remembering exactly why I’m doing this. 

Every single step is about raising awareness of domestic and sexual violence against women, breaking the silence, and standing with survivors 💜 

Ive also just nearly doubled my fundraising goal so a big THANK YOU to everyone that donated & shared 🫶
