I’m taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Why I am taking part in this challenge
Wednesday 5th Aug I am taking part in this fundraising challenge to give back to this valuable, much needed charity. Like so many women in Ireland, I have used the services of Women's Aid. Domestic Violence is something that no person should ever have to deal with but in Ireland the statistics are shocking.
