Thank you for visiting my fundraising page
I’m taking part in the Plank every day in November Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.
Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little, anything helps. I hope you can support me by donating whatever you can. By supporting Women’s Aid you can change lives, and save lives.
Simply click the Donate button. All donations are processed securely. You can also share my page using Share options below. This is a great way to show your support.
Thanks so much for your support, it will bring hope, healing and the possibility of a brighter future for women and children.

Plank Challenge
Friday 9th Oct Hey guys, I’m a second year NUIG film student always wanting to help out. Women’s aid is such a good cause making abused, trapped, isolated, scared women feel more supported, safe and seen. Domestic abuse isn’t just hitting and punching… there’s also psychological abuse involved and threats. It’s a terrible situation for anyone to live in. Please, if you, or anyone else you know is in this situation, get help… it’s there. And if you don’t know if it’s abuse, research because even the “smallest thing” could permanently hurt someone. I hope to be even a little bit of help. A little help goes a long way. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
