I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Where do I start? Another year of tragic news of violence, abuse and death of more women… I won’t depress you with the stats, still so much more to do to support women in our communities and beyond. Suffice to say that I stand with all women, trans women and women in Palestine, Sudan, Iran and beyond- none of us are free until we are all free. 
Doing this challenge last year was such a proud achievement for me and I wanted to do it again - Hopefully I can beat my incredible fundraising achievements of last year & if this inspires even one person to join me in my support of Women’s Aid then my year will be made! 💪
This is a charity so close to my heart, I’ve see firsthand what their support means to women and children. Please help me smash my goal & feel free to join me for a walk in February- I’ll be out there hail, rain or shine! 🌤️
