Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

This September, I’m taking on the 100-mile challenge to raise vital funds for Women’s Aid. This mission means everything to me because violence and abuse against women have no place in our world. It is wrong, it is unfair, and we cannot stay quiet.
