I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in four women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Hey Everyone :) 
For all who can donate I really appreciate your donation and time. I'm just back home in Ireland after having worked in a domestic violence shelter in Malta for the past three months and it has been an absolute honour to work with such fantastic women. Unfortunately domestic violence can affect all families in some way wether directly or indirectly. Many of these women and families are suffering in silence. Any help is greatly appreciated and I'm extremely grateful to be involved with such an important group of people who deserve to be safe, be seen and be heard.
