I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

For me, this isn’t just about the distance. Walking has become a way I reconnect with myself — step by step, breath by breath. Choosing to put those steps toward a cause that supports women and children feels deeply meaningful.
Women’s Aid provides vital support to those experiencing domestic abuse, offering safety, understanding, and hope at moments when it’s needed most. Their work matters, quietly and profoundly.
This walk is my way of showing up — for myself, and for others.
