I’m taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in four women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Together, we walk not just for distance, but for difference—raising awareness, funds, and hope along the way. This is more than a walk; it's a march towards change, and a journey where every step echoes the strength of the women we stand with.
