I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Braving the Cold for Women’s Aid
Friday 23rd Jan This February, I am taking part in the Cold Swim for Women to support survivors of domestic abuse across Ireland.• Every five minutes, a woman reaches out to Women’s Aid for help.
• Your donation funds the 24-hour National Freephone Helpline and vital legal and financial support for those escaping abuse.
• We're braving the cold for a few minutes to honor the incredible strength it takes for survivors to find safety.
Every donation, no matter the size, provides a lifeline to a woman or child in crisis.
