Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!

Together, Juliette and Máire are taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in four women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little, anything helps. We hope you can support us by donating whatever you can. By supporting Women’s Aid you can change lives, and save lives.

Simply click the Donate button. All donations are processed securely. You can also share our page using Share options below. This is a great way to show your support.

Thanks so much for your support, it will bring hope, healing and the possibility of a brighter future for women and children.

Thank you and we better get more steps in!

💜Invite to visit Women's Aid 💜

Thursday 19th Sep
Thank you to Emily for extending an invitation to Juliette and I to visit Women's Aid today! It was a good excuse also to get the steps in! They are so thrilled with all the generous support we have received, that will make such a difference to the essential services they provide women and children. We want to help get Women's Aid to their target of €120,000 (and keep our top spot nationally!) so please consider donating. We are now feeling even more motivated! We discussed their excellent https://www.toointoyou.ie/ campaign and their 2023 impact report. They also had a fabulous purple door. Thank you to Emily for taking the photo. Pictured are Victoria Cervantes Pansza and Laura Byrne of the Women's Aid fundraising team. Stay tuned for more 💜

Thank you! We are now #2 of 527 active fundraising pages nationally !

Thank you for all your generosity so far for the September Women's Aid walking challenge! As a result of your generosity, we have moved up to spot 2, and want to use our competitive spirit for good. Help us get to the top spot and Women's aid reach their €120,000 fundraising target!

These funds are needed to meet increased demand, some key findings from Women's Aid 2023 Impact Report:
-Domestic abuse disclosures were at a record high in 2023

-The Women’s Aid’s Annual Impact Report 2023 details 40,048 disclosures of domestic abuse against women and children, during 28,638 contacts with our national and regional support services last year
- This is a 18% increase in disclosures of domestic abuse compared to previous year and the highest ever received by the organisation in its 50-year history.
