I’m taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Sunday 20th Sep Have certainly left myself with some pressure to complete my walking goal but up here in Fanad there are no exxuses for getting out....it's so beautiful....plus 9 other women to keep me company!! Share

Tuesday 8th Sep Oops...life got in the way so I have a few days to catch up on. Longer walks this coming weekend should get me back on track. Really grateful for all the donations.....thanks everyone. Over €550 raised now...beyond expectations. Xxxx Share
