I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

So, since I decided to do this fundraising swim, I realised that it's my good friend Aishling's birthday party the night before in Mayo! So she and more party goers plan to also fundraise and take part. Happy days!! All for such an important cause. 👍

Kilkenny swimmers!
