I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Did you know?

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved and trusted. Every 5 minutes someone reaches out to Women's Aid for information and support.

In 2024 there were 32,144 contacts with Women’s Aid, including 24,396 with the Women’s Aid 24hr National Freephone Helpline and 7,748 with our Face-to-Face Support Services. During these contacts, we heard 46,765 disclosures of abuse against women and children. 

Your fundraising enables us to be there day or night to support women when they need it most.
