I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid and in memory of my late sister Valerie French who was murdered by her husband in 2019. (valerie.rip)
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.
