We are looking forward to taking part again this year in the Cold Swim for Women. We plan to dip on Nollaig na mBan itself (Monday 6th Jan) and raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in four women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.
