I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day at Rossbeigh Co. Kerry to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Women's Aid partially support our local Refuge Adapt Kerry.

Adapt Kerry provide invaluable refuge and outreach supports to women and children experiencing Domestic Violence.

Across Ireland one in three women live with  abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. 

Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.
