Thank you for visiting my fundraising page

I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little, anything helps. I hope you can support me by donating whatever you can. By supporting Women’s Aid you can change lives, and save lives.

Simply click the Donate button. All donations are processed securely. You can also share my page using Share options below. This is a great way to show your support.

Thanks so much for your support, it will bring hope, healing and the possibility of a brighter future for women and children.

I’m walking 80km this February for Women’s Aid Ireland 💜

Friday 30th Jan

This February, I’m taking on a personal challenge to walk 80km in support of Women’s Aid Ireland, an organisation that provides vital services to women and children experiencing domestic abuse.

This cause is very close to my heart. Through my work teaching pregnancy yoga, women’s yoga, and mum & baby yoga, I have the privilege of supporting women at some of the most vulnerable and transformative stages of their lives. I believe deeply in creating safe, supportive spaces for women and that’s why raising awareness about domestic violence matters so much.

Domestic violence is something we all need to talk about. Too often it happens quietly, behind closed doors. Many of us may not realise it’s happening or, if we do, we may not know what to say or how to help. By speaking openly and supporting organisations like Women’s Aid, we can help create a society where women feel safe to come forward and seek support.

Some stark realities:

1 in 3 women in Ireland will experience abuse from someone they once loved and trusted

9 in 10 women who have died violently in Ireland were killed by a man they knew

Every 5 minutes, someone contacts Women’s Aid for information and support

Women’s Aid provides life-changing and life-saving support to survivors of domestic violence. With your donation, you are helping to ensure these vital services continue and reach even more women who need them.

If you are able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean so much to me and to the women and families supported by Women’s Aid. If you can’t donate, sharing this post also helps raise awareness 💜

Together, we can help end violence against women.

Thanks so much for your support!
