I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Taking the Plunge for a Powerful Cause.

On **February 1st**, I’ll be doing our morning ritual for a charity sea dip in support of **Women’s Aid Ireland** 💦❄️
It’s a small personal challenge, but it’s for a cause that makes a life-changing difference.

Women’s Aid Ireland works tirelessly to support women and children experiencing domestic abuse, providing vital services, advocacy, and a safe path forward. No one should have to live in fear, and this organisation is there when it matters most.
By taking this dip, I’m hoping to raise awareness and funds to support their incredible work. If you’re able to donate, share, or simply cheer me on from dry land, it would mean the world.
