I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

My reason for doing this.
Friday 30th Jan Far to many women (and in some cases men) are living in nightmare situations. The people they once loved are now controlling every movement they make, friends are slowly been taken away from them and in some cases family members, they can/cannot see friends when they are aloud to. This can sometimes add to physical abuse, but not been able to tell the truth as to what happened because of the control your partner has over you. Every movement accounted for, every penny spent accounted for. If this is happening to you or someone you know, try and be their for them, let them know you are their anytime, unfortunately some people dont get to tell their story, its to late.
