I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

The 80km challenge for womens aid
Wednesday 4th Feb Its raining here a lot. I am trying to be consistent averaging 8km per day. i could do it in ten days but I may surprise myself and walk more. Please donate something even if its small. Womens aid helps women near you eho are suffering in silence and fear to escape their situation. Many dont leave because they have no where to run to. Women's aid have changed that. Lets support them! Share
Walking to allow women a way out of domestic violence
Thursday 15th Jan It is shocking that Irish Women still find themselves in these frightening and alarming situations. It is some relief to know there is support for them when rhe most stressful crisis of all happens….in their safe haven at home. I understand how terrifying this must be and how serious it can be.
