I’m walking 80K this February to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.

Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

This is a charity that hits very close to home its a charity to help women in domestic abuse as most of you who know me know i spent 3 and half months in a woman's refuge about 12 years ago they where an amazing support to me councilling me thru some of my darkest days .. I also know alot of women that have thankfully got away from domestic abuse that have used this fantastic service....unfortunately there is so many seeking refuge from this type of relationship and this is where you come into it .. even a small donation can make a big difference to this service.... please donate kindly 🙏  thank you
