I’m taking part in the Cold Swim for Women this St Brigid's Day to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Friday 9th Jan Thank you so much to everyone for helping reach the goal of €250. Absolutely smashed it. So much so I've upped the goal to €500.
