I’m taking part in the Walk 100 Miles in September Challenge to raise much needed funds for Women’s Aid.
Across Ireland one in three women live with suffocating abuse from someone they once loved; someone they once trusted. Every 5 minutes, someone reaches out to Women’s Aid for information and support.

Tuesday 15th Sep Beautiful morning on Bettystown Beach. Everyone out walking, running and even galloping!! Have reached half way just about. It’s really motivating me to get out and walk daily to make sure I hit 160km by end of September. 💪🏼 Share

Hill of Rath
Thursday 10th Sep I did a lovely walk up the Hill of Rath today as my friend’s car was in being serviced. Such a nice country road, busy with cars from time to time. Picked blackberries. Share
