Hey everyone! 🥰

My lovely friend Ewelina Keller, the talented lady behind Rebel Diamond Nails, and I have decided to team up and create our very own NEWBRIDGE PANTHERS! 🐾💜

This November, we're taking on the Plank Every Day in November Challenge to raise money for Women's Aid Ireland, supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse.

And guess what? We'd LOVE you to join us! 😍

It's a little challenge with a BIG purpose! Not only will we be strengthening our abs, backs and core muscles, improving our fitness and having some fun along the way, but most importantly, we'll be doing something meaningful for people who truly need our support. ❤️

🎯 Our goal is to raise €500 — and with your help, we can do it!

You don't have to be a fitness expert, and you definitely don't need to be a plank champion! 😂 Every little effort counts!
