100km for Women’s Aid: Bound by Blood ; Running for Her ❤️

This October, we—three sisters—are lacing up our running shoes and committing to run 100km together in support of Women’s Aid.

This challenge is deeply personal to us. A few years ago, our sister Shauna bravely left an abusive relationship in Canada. In that difficult time, she turned to resources like those provided by Women’s Aid, finding safety, guidance, and hope. Without the support of organisations like this, the journey out of abuse can feel impossible.

That’s why we are running. For every woman who feels trapped. For every survivor rebuilding her life. For every sister, friend, and mother who deserves safety and freedom.

By taking on 100km, we want to raise awareness and vital funds to ensure Women’s Aid can continue their life-saving work—supporting women and children fleeing domestic abuse, providing refuge, and fighting for a future free from violence.
